Impersonation is common in commodity trade. Company names, letterheads and even signatures get reused by people with no connection to the business. This page sets out how to check that you are dealing with us.

We will never ask for an advance fee to release an offer, a sample, or an allocation. We will never send bank details unprompted, and our bank details will never change part-way through a transaction. We do not offer banking, escrow, payment-institution or trade-finance services, and anyone offering them in our name is not us.

We correspond from addresses at tecnotec.work and nowhere else — check the domain character by character rather than at a glance. Call the office number published on this website rather than a number given to you in an email. Match any payment instruction against the signed contract, and confirm it on a call you initiate yourself.
