What we check, and what we don't do.

Commodity trade attracts a lot of noise — indicative offers that lead nowhere, stock lists nobody can verify, mandates that don't exist. Here is where we draw the lines.

01COMPLIANCE

Before a contract is signed

  • 01We contract as the seller, in our own name and for our own account — never as a broker, agent or mandate-holder.
  • 02Counterparty identity, signing authority and trade registry records are verified.
  • 03Sanctions and compliance screening runs on both parties, not just yours.
  • 04Terms are contractual and specific — we do not trade on indicative offers, unverified stock lists or third-party mandates.
  • 05Independent inspection is instructed where the contract calls for it, with a company neither side controls.
  • 06Nothing published on this website is an offer, proof of stock, or evidence of a mandate.
WE DO NOT

We do not

  • offer banking, escrow, payment-institution or trade-finance services of any kind
  • publish bank account, IBAN, SWIFT or KYC details — those are exchanged privately with verified counterparties only
  • ask for advance fees to release an offer, a sample or an allocation
  • act on a transaction without a signed contract in place
  • act as a broker, agent or mandate-holder for cargo that is not ours to sell
02ANTI-FRAUD NOTICE

Anti-fraud notice

Company names in this trade get used by people who have nothing to do with them. If someone approaches you using ours, a few checks are worth the minute they take.

We correspond from addresses at tecnotec.work and nowhere else. Bank details are never sent unprompted, never published, and never change mid-transaction. We do not ask for an advance payment to release an offer, a sample, or an allocation.

  • 03Match any bank details against the signed contract, and confirm them on a call you initiate.
