Nitrogen content and granulation are the headline numbers, but moisture and caking are what actually cause rejections at discharge. Urea is hygroscopic; how it is bagged, how long it sits at the port and whether the hold is dry all show up in the condition on arrival.
Big bags are the usual format where the cargo is broken down for distribution, bulk where it goes straight into a blending or bagging plant. Biuret content matters for foliar application and should be specified if that is the end use.
